Where To Start?
- Before you spend any money, come up with a rough sketch design considering dimensions, function and flow
- Your initial design will probably change and evolve
- Call us for a FREE estimate, FREE sketch and revisions
- Call a local concrete contractor for a FREE estimate
- Call us for a price on engineered plans. (if getting a permit)
- With a price on your project and "no hitch in your giddy up" go to the county building department and ask them how much for a permit, FREE
- Also ask them about generic plans option, max peak height and how to write a plot plan yourself for FREE. A plot plan includes lot size, setbacks, easements, septic and your proposed project footprint (dimensions)
- Call 811 to identify underground utilities like electric, water, gas, tv cable, FREE
- If you need financing let us know and we will provide some options
- At this point you haven't spent ANY money and ready to get started on your project
Now What?
- Order your building 1st, you can always postpone the order if necessary
- Order your plans through the manufacturer. contact info is on the order form
- If you decide to cancel, the plans are non-refundable
- The deposit can be partially refunded or totally refunded. That decision is based on your specific situation. Call for more details
- Submit plans for permit
- Order and schedule concrete
- Prep area and access to site
- After concrete is poured, call us to schedule your installation
- Your building won't be scheduled until you are ready
